The Clear Creek Pines Unit Two Water System is a nonprofit corporation that is owned and operated by the CCP Unit Two property owners. All lot owners of Unit Two are invited to join the water system. Currently the water system serves 57 unmetered residential connections in the Clear Creek Pines Unit Two community (out of 68 lots).
Our mission is to construct, operate and maintain water wells for production of water for the members of the Association.
The system is compliant with Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) water systems for small communities including operating guidelines that include monthly and other periodic water testing and analysis.
